Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands and the closest to the African coast which means that it enjoys excellent weather throughout the year.
The proximity of the two 5 star Hotels we feature to both of the golf courses as well as the white sandy beach, vibrant nightlife and airport allows for a holiday without the need to hire a car. When necessary the local taxis are efficient and cheap.
Salinas de Antigua opened in 2007 and is a great resort course that is just challenging enough to hold your attention. The condition is amazing for such a young course. The neighbouring course Golf Fuerteventura is five years old and has already hosted a European Tour event. The slick greens are simply World Class and the design is a great test of shotmaking skills in the usually breezy conditions.
In the evening it is possible to stroll into Caleta de Fuste and enjoy the open air bars and restaurants. Alternatively take a trip into the island's capital Puerto del Rosario 15km away, where great shopping at "Las Rotondas" is to be found.
