El Rompido North course is a brand new course opened this year. Winding through the protected salt marsh area the El Rompido - North course is a superbly designed test of golf. With a varied range of hole styles the course has a test in store for players of all standards. The front nine features a run of holes with very tight drives - a typical "risk and reward" opening 9; while the back 9 is shorter, but demands greater accuracy from the fairway into small target greens which are of a consistently high standard.

Islantilla
Islantilla hosted the 1995 Turespana Masters (won by
Alex Cejka) and is simply top class. Some people feel that recent housing
construction at the 27-hole complex has spoilt this great course, but we disagree.
It offers a variety of holes from pine tree-lined fairways to cliff top stretches
with views across the coast. The layout is cleverly designed and the course
is immaculately maintained, with some of the finest greens you'll ever play
on. We still thoroughly enjoy our day here and we think you will too, especially
with green fees from only £29 - excellent value for a course of such quality.

Isla Canela
If you like your courses to have plenty of water hazards,
you'll like Isla Canela. It's built on a flat piece of salt marshland and,
as you would expect, has water everywhere. It's similar to playing on a Florida
course. The greens are generally large but are well protected by bunkers so
accurate play is required. The course is easy to walk, affordable and offers
an enjoyable round of golf for players of all abilities. There's a very good
clubhouse too.

Nuevo Portil
8 miles along the coast from Huelva, Nuevo Portil
is a pretty parkland course set among many different kinds of pine and olive
trees. You'll need to employ a good range of shots to score well as the holes
are very varied. Tiered greens make accurate approach shots absolutely vital.
Modest in length, Nuevo Portil offers a pleasant walk that isn't too tiring
and a good test of golf for all levels of player.
